Karen Eagleson, CRA Principal
Karen has been in the residential real property valuation field since 1997 and holds the Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She has completed over 1,000 appraisals in her career as a fee appraiser.
Philip Ho, B.Sc., AACI, P. App, MRICS Principal
Philip holds the AACI, P.App designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute, Professional Appraiser). He has a diverse real estate-based background including experience as a surveyor in Hong Kong and a property manager in Calgary. Philip has been in the fee appraisal field since 2001 and has a portfolio of over 1,000 appraisals including all types of rural, residential, commercial and investment properties. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management (Valuation) from the University of Reading in Reading, United Kingdom, and is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the UK.
